One Tree Defence Unit East Sale is located on the RAAF Base in East Sale, VIC. The service is purpose built and has three rooms for up to 62 children, operating from 7.15am to 6pm Monday to Friday. It offers an educational program for children up to school age. We are looking to build a strong, diverse team and there’s plenty of opportunity to grow your skills. You will feel like part of the family in this small, welcoming community.

What you’ll bring
- Diploma in Early childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check

What you’ll do
- You will be able to recognise and develop the strengths in children and your team
- You will be able to build positive relationships with peers, families, and children
- You will have a strong understanding of the Children’s Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- You will have passion and enthusiasm and will want to have fun
