What you’ll do
- Liaise with OTC management to ensure maintenance projects are undertaken in a cost-effective and timely manner, in line with all contractual obligations.
- Be responsible for the coordination of efficient delivery of core, scheduled and emergency maintenance activities within OTC services in Wadeye.
- Provide support and guidance to key stakeholders in relation to any maintenance and servicing issues, delivering excellent customer service and timely answers to enquiries through effective and clear communication.
- Be a point of contact for OTC management, service directors and contractual stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance projects.
- Seek feedback from directors and regional managers to identify any key maintenance projects for each service.
- Identify trends in regular maintenance issues and report these to the line manager.
- Identify gaps in existing maintenance procedures.
- Uphold safety standards and observe Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
- Meet all reporting and administrative requirements.
