About Kids Brigade: 
One Tree Defence Unit Kids Brigade is a short drive from Darwin, in the beautiful suburb of Durack. Join us and work in partnership with families, the local community, and your new teammates.  With places for 85 children in 3 rooms, One Tree Defence Unit – Kids Brigade has plenty of room to grow your career.

Describing Our Kids Brigade Educators:
We are looking for people who believe in our organisational values and looking for educators who actively want to be apart of our team for a long time. At One Tree Community Services, we take great pride towards inclusive practice, especially with our educators. We have a educators from all walks of life, who can speak different languages and come from different vocational backgrounds, sharing their transferrable skills.

Our Early Childhood Teachers Have:

• Successfully completed a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education & Care
• Current Working with Children Check
• Passionate person who will bring positive energy and loves to collaborate with peers
• Sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach
• A pioneer towards embedding best practice
• Excellent communication skills and has a person centered approach
