About Kids Crew: Our Kids Crew Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) is a warm and inclusive service located in Nowra Hill, NSW. Our Before & After School Program caters to the needs of school-aged children, focusing on implementing best practice principles for youngsters aged between 5 and 12 years old. With a cozy capacity of 25 children per day, this role is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are looking to take on the next challenge in their career. Our program operates during the morning hours from 7 am to 9 am and in the afternoons from 3 pm to 5:30 pm.
Position requirements: Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Preferred but not required a certificate III or diploma of early childhood education
- Current working with children check
- A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and a person-centered approach.
