About Little Diggers: Little Diggers is a caring and encouraging childcare service situated within the Holsworthy army barracks. We are dedicated to providing childcare services not only to Defence personnel and their families but also to the wider local community. Our center operates from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm and offers space for up to 65 children, spread across three distinct rooms, including a nursery, toddler room, and preschool facility.
Position requirements: Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Completion of a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Current working with children check / teachers registration
- A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a person-centered approach.
