About Little Eagles: 
Nestled in the southern region of the Hawkesbury area, in the heart of Richmond (Dharug Country), our early childhood service is committed to providing exceptional care for children ranging from 0 to 5 years of age. With room for up to 76 children, Little Eagles takes great pride in its strong connections to the local community and its dedication to nurturing enduring relationships with the Defense families who entrust their children to our care.

Position requirements: Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Completion of a bachelor Early Childhood Education.
  • Current working with children check / teachers registration
  • A passion for early childhood education, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and a person-centered approach.
