Regional Manager – Community Services (Full time permanent)

$87,598 to 90,552.45 per annum + superannuation

Belmont (Perth), WA or Darwin, (NT)

Rewarding and exciting – a career with our community services team gives you as much as you give it. We are immersed in remote communities, delivering family, domestic violence programs and crisis accommodation. You’ll work closely with Aboriginal communities to deliver national programs on a local level.

Relationship builders thrive here. People who can bend, flex, innovate and move at speed are also welcome. Make no mistake, there will be challenges. If you’re ready to tackle them, we’ll back you all the way. Training, mentoring, support, and coaching comes standard at One Tree. Along with the opportunity to innovate, make your mark and discover the far-flung corners of Australia. The only question is, are you up for the adventure?

As the Regional Manager, you will be working from either Central (Perth) or Darwin head office supporting, inspiring and leading a team of directors.

Your ‘can-do’ attitude, experience working with remote communities, and cultural intelligence will make you a perfect fit. If you inspire others, lead by example and foster creativity – we want to hear from you.

Travel to our regional and remote services will be required.
