Located close to the centre of Canberra is One Tree Defence Childcare Unit Russell Hill. This centre is the place for educators who want to connect with the children they care for and their families. As a Room Leader, you will love coming to work every day.
Our rooms all have access to a large, nature filled outdoor yard which includes a fitted playground structure, multiple cubby nooks and a swing set allowing children to have endless fun! Working with our experienced and talented educators will allow you to implement creative ideas into your program.

What you’ll bring:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- A valid Working with Children Card
- Leadership skills
- Experience in running a room
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a mature approach

- You will be able to recognise and develop the strengths in children and your team
- You will be able to build positive relationships with peers, families, and children
