Situated on the lands of Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Boonwurrung (Bunurong) peoples, Braybrook Early Learning Centre (BELC) celebrates the cultural and linguistic diversity of this vibrant community.
We promote inclusive and collaborative engagement with local communities in collaboration with Braybrook Community Hub.
BELC is committed to honouring the Traditional Custodians of the land. Our families, children and staff learn from their way of being, doing and knowing by engaging in ongoing reflective practice to embed cultures and knowledge in a meaningful and respectful way.
Our service delivers place-based, inclusive learning within the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
Educators at BELC are sensitive and responsive to the strengths of our young citizens and create a holistic and joyful experience to optimise their learning and development. Our staff value learning with nature in Bush Kinder programs. We help children grow to be compassionate human beings and citizens that will contribute to a sustainable future.
BELC offers both 3 and 4 year-old sessional kindergarten programs with a range of Bush Kinder programs.

We’re displaying the Kinder Tick to show we’re an approved provider of a Victorian Government funded and approved kindergarten program. That means our service delivers a play-based learning program, led by a qualified early childhood teacher.
The Kinder Tick shows we meet criteria in the funding guidelines set out by the Victorian Government — which means you can have confidence your child’s learning and development will be supported by qualified early childhood teachers and educators through a responsive, evidence-based learning program.
All children who turn three or four by the 30th of April 2024 and meet the Victorian Government criteria are entitled to 15 hours per week of free kindergarten.
