Lee Peing Lim named Outstanding Educator of the year

We always knew our One Tree educators were amazing, but now the rest of the sector is celebrating them too! Congratulations to Lee Peing Lim from One Tree Millars Well Children’s Service in Karratha.

Lee was named Outstanding Educator of the Year in the Early Childhood Learning and Development Sector awards on Friday night. This is the first year the award has been offered, with a competitive field of finalists. The award celebrates early childhood educators for the essential role they play in the lives of children and families.

Lee has been with One Tree for 3 ½ years. She is constantly working to find better ways to mentor, motivate, and build relationships with her colleagues, and the community. She leads by example to help the Millars Well team be the best educators they can be.

Her colleagues at Millars Well are over the moon to see Lee’s work recognised, and the rest of us at One Tree all over Australia are incredibly proud to have her as part of our workplace community.
