We are delighted to announce the opening of Balim Balim Kindergarten in Wyndham Vale, Victoria.
This state of the art, community-driven, well-resourced service is a part of The Wunggurrwil Dhurrung Centre.
The Wunggurrwil Dhurrung (meaning “Strong Heart” in Wadawurrung language) is a first of its kind and brings together an Aboriginal Community Centre, Integrated Family Centre and a Neighbourhood Community Centre. The Centre is a culturally safe space where people of all ages and experiences are welcome. It is a place for friends and family to connect, learn and share.
We are proud to be a part of this innovative centre. One Tree Early Years Services offer:
- 15 hours of 4 year old kindergarten
- 3 year old kindergarten for eligible children
- Long day kinder sessions and half day kinder sessions
To meet the needs of all families in our growing community, One Tree’s Kindergarten services are offered alongside those provided by other partners. These include maternal child health, youth support and other services focusing on improving health and education outcomes for children and families.
