After switching to One Tree as our preferred RTO in 2020, we have noticed an incredible (and visual) increase on Early Childhood Educators’ competency and capacity! The trainees we have had the pleasure of hosting have all been amazing people with a clearly defined view of the sector and what it means to provide care and education for children on a whole.
The quality of the training provided by One Tree is real, measurable and most importantly… authentic! Your trainers share their passion, dedication and motivation for the profession with students and is a clear indication of the age old conversation about quality vs quantity. The content of the training packages is appropriate,consistent and meaningful to the implementation of valuable learning opportunities and outcomes for children. We are fortunate to be reaping the rewards of your team’s dedication and inspiration through the students that are coming through, where they have a more natural approach and solid foundation to work from. These trainees are leagues ahead of students from other RTO’s and I just wanted to share that the effort from the team at One Tree does not go unnoticed by those in the industry.

Hi my name is Rachael I am the Director from Goldfields Child Care Centre and I have 4 educators who are enrolled through One Tree Community Services. When I went on the search for a new RTO I was so excited to meet someone who was just as passionate for early childhood education as I was and wanted the best for my educators and my business. It is great to hear positive conversation between my training educators who are supporting each other during their time chatting with Danielle, this has not been the case in the past and we have been managing a local RTO with broken promises and frustration from my educators.
Since using One Tree I have seen my educators grow from strength to strength and building on their understanding of early childhood education. The response I get from the 4 educators who work alongside Danielle to complete their studies has been very positive, she returns their calls, emails and always follows through with meeting times.

I have just finished studying my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with Danielle Baker as my trainer. From the very start she promised me she would give me the support/time I needed and that she was only a phone call or email away if I had any questions, and she was right.
As a student, comes student fees. Dani sat down with me before I started my traineeship to work out the best way for me to pay for my traineeship. Dani offered me a payment plan option, which was great. This allowed me to either pay it off weekly, fortnightly or monthly but she made it completely my decision and in line with what I could manage.
From start to finish Dani and the One Tree team have made me feel comfortable and empowered to be the best educator I can become.

We have been using One Tree Community Services for many years and in my opinion, the support and training provided is second to none. Having used several other RTO’s in the past and experiencing minimal face to face training, communication issues and a lack of student support; the service offered by One Tree was a breath of fresh air.
Our students receive regular service visits comprising of both off floor training as well as on-floor observations and trainers are available for support via phone and/or email at any time. Trainers regularly liaise with both management and each student’s direct colleagues to discuss any areas for improvements so that education and training can be tailored to each student’s individual needs.
One Tree also offers payment plans to suit each students financial situation which has made quality training more affordable and accessible.
I have no hesitations in recommending One Tree Community Services as an RTO for any student or centre looking for high quality training in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector.

Hi my name is Danielle and I’m currently studying my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. I’m pleased with the support that has been provided from my trainer Danielle Baker, as she is always there when I need help with my assignments either by email, phone or in person and she is a reliable trainer, as if she isn’t able to make appointments she reschedules them weeks in advance so we can both find a new time and day we can talk. With being a remote community away from their main office I did have my doubts about the kind of support they would offer but Danielle lived up to what she first said to me before I joined, that she would come out to Kalgoorlie every 6 months to get the face to face visits and the observations done that I needed to complete my qualification. They also at One Tree offer a great payment plan were you don’t have to pay the full amount of your course at the start and pay it off as you go, it is easy to follow and it makes their course more appealing and affordable.

When I started my Cert III I was very nervous as I hadn’t done any sort of study or reading for years. I struggled for the first few units but then with the help of Danielle I was able to understand what it was they wanted of me, she helped me re-word the context to understand the questions better. Danielle told me any time I need her she would be available and she gave me her number and her email and she was right, no matter what time of the day or night she would always be so quick to reply and more than happy. I have now completed my Cert III and am well and truly on the right track to finishing my diploma. Without Danielle’s wonderful advice and encouraging words I would not of been able to complete my Cert III so confidently.

I can not thank One Tree and Dani enough for all the support they have given me through my training. Dani has helped me through so much and will always put her students first. She is very easy to contact and she will get back to you with assistance immediately. This has helped me a lot as she is so easy to contact and is always willing to help.
One Tree has also made my training a lot easier as I got offered a payment plan which has helped me out so much with paying my course. I will continue to study with One Tree and Dani due to the high level of support and help they give you.

I just about finished my diploma of early childhood education through One Tree’s RTO, Danielle has been my teacher for the last few months and she has given me nothing but 100% of her support. I wouldn’t even know that she had any other students, even though we had a time difference issue with me being in Melbourne and the office being in Perth, I felt I could always contact her when needed and I always got a response very shortly after!
