Traineeships

One Tree’s training approach is primarily ‘on-the-job’. A qualified trainer visits the workplace to provide training and assessment. The trainer will work through each unit of competency reflecting the skills and requirements of the educator’s role while developing underpinning knowledge to improve efficiency in the workplace.

In some instances traineeships can attract monetary incentive payments payable from the Australian Government to support employers with the cost of training.

For further details on incentives available for apprenticeships please contact www.australianapprenticeships.gov.au/employer-incentives.

For all other apprenticeship enquires please contact us at training@onetree.org.au
