Shaping communities together
In 2025, we worked with all kinds of communities. From Kowanyama in far north Queensland to Melton City Council in Greater Melbourne. Together, we shaped our services to meet unique needs. Explore our stories in our annual report.
In 1973, we were a small organisation in Perth, Western Australia. Today, our services support 8,500 children and families across six states and territories. We have more than 1,200 staff across regional, remote and metropolitan communities.
We are a workplace community with one purpose and one spirit.
Though we are different people in different places, we are One Tree. Together, we know we can transform any challenge. Discover how we make One Tree the place to be and why it could be the right place for you.
