From educating in the outback to growing kindergartens in Melbourne
One Tree has taken Brad from big cities to some of Australia’s most remote communities – and back again.
Over the years, he has extensively criss-crossed the country, dedicating his efforts to supporting our early education and care services, at times taking terrifying flights in small planes to reach remote locations. However, now his commute is more stable, and he plays a pivotal role in supporting the One Tree kindergartens throughout Victoria.
Brad's story commenced as the Director in Kununurra, far north Western Australia. This marked the beginning of his continuous progression, assuming various new roles and operating in diverse environments – all which Brad has excelled at. He’s been a regional manager and compliance officer to today where he is the general manager of kindergartens. Brad has consistently demonstrated his capabilities and dedication.
Despite his extensive professional commitments, Brad places the utmost importance on his role as a father. One Tree has been instrumental in supporting him in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Even when faced with state border challenges, Brad continued to fulfill his responsibilities flexibly from Melbourne until One Tree established an office in Victoria. This accommodating approach demonstrates the organisation's commitment to its employees' well-being and family commitments.
