Casual Educators – Sessional Kindergartens
We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Cert III and Diploma qualified Educators to join our team across our sessional kindergarten services.

About our Services:
One Tree Balim Balim Kindergarten is in the Wunggurrwil Dhurrung Centre which is an integrated family and neighbourhood centre. One Tree Balim Balim provides a high-quality kindergarten program for local children and families. The service is inspired by child-led approach and local culture.

One Tree Riverwalk Primary School Kindergarten celebrates the cultural and linguistic diversity of this vibrant community. Riverwalk promotes inclusive and collaborative engagement with local communities.

One Tree Werribee West Family Centre
 provides a warm and welcoming environment where families, community and local culture are central to practice. Werribee West Family Centre is in a community hub that was purpose-built for children and families. Within this bustling service, you’ll find a secure playground for imaginative, outdoor play and three rooms for kindergarten.

One Tree Lollypop Creek Kindergarten 
is a newly built kindergarten in the Lollypop Creek Community Centre on Wadawurrung Country. The service offers 3 large kindergarten rooms with lots of natural light. They also have a beautiful purpose-built yard.

About the Role:
As a Casual Educator, you will:

  • Support children’s overall learning and development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Work alongside the Early Childhood Teacher and team to implement the kindergarten program.
  • Contribute to developing engaging learning experiences for 3-5 year-old children.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Support children and families from diverse backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for early childhood education.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A focus on child safety and wellbeing in all aspects of practice.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work across the 5 days, Monday – Friday.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACEQA approved)
  • Current Working With Children Check (Employee)
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (highly regarded)
