Welcome to Mangkurla-Ngaarntu Maya Children’s Service
One Tree Mangkurla-Ngaarntu Maya Service is a Rio Tinto sponsored service located in Pannawonica. Pannawonica is a remote mining town with a large emphasis on community spirit. We offer a long day care and an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service.
Our approach
We have embedded sustainability practices that include upcycling objects to use in play, art and craft and every day usage. We save our food scraps for the local chickens and ducks as well as our worm farm.
We have a range of cultural diverse families that we love learning from, and we are open to different experiences and what the different families can teach us.
Our services
We are a 70-place service catering for children aged from 6 weeks to 12 years old.
Long day care: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Before school care: Monday-Friday 6:00am-8:00am
After school care: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 2:45pm-5:56pm, Wednesday 1:40pm-5:45pm
