Pannawonica Children’s Service

Our Rio Tinto sponsored service is located in Pannawonica, a remote mining town with a large emphasis on community spirit.

Our shared dining area brings all our children together for meal times. Our main play area provides amazing learning spaces for children of all ages and abilities.

Our approach

We have embedded sustainability practices that include upcycling objects to use in play, art and craft and every day usage. We save our food scraps for the local chickens and ducks as well as our worm farm.

We have a range of cultural diverse families that we love learning from and we are open to different experiences and what the different families can teach us.

Our services

We are a 24-place service.

  • Our service caters for children up to year six.
