As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in creating a warm, engaging, and high-quality learning environment for children. You’ll work closely with your team to plan and deliver meaningful programs, support daily routines, and ensure every child feels safe, supported, and inspired. Selection criteria

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role or above
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Advocate for children and their rights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement educational programs
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, MTOP, and relevant regulations
• Passion for early childhood and/or school age education and a commitment to providing high-quality care

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Australia and willing to relocate to Kununurra
• Diploma in Early Childhood/ACECQA approved equivalent approved
• Current WA Working with Children Check
• Satisfactory National Police Clearance
• Current First Aid and CPR
