Position: Mentor
Status: Part-time fixed-term until 30/12/2026 – Monday to Wednesday (22.5 hours per week)
Hourly rate: $46.58 – $48.93 per hour (inclusive of all allowances/loadings), plus super

What you’ll do

  • Provide support services for the trainees at both Kununurra services through the Pathways Projects
  • Support in signing up more trainees working at the Kununurra services
  • Provide holistic support to the Kununurra trainees
  • Increase completion rates of trainees in Kununurra
  • Assist to provide a culturally safe workplace
  • Assist to meet the outcomes and deliverables as set out in the Pathways Project Plan

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in Australia and live in Kununurra
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Current WA Working with Children Check
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Satisfactory National Police Clearance
