Position: Project Assistant – Pathways project
Status: Part-time fixed-term until December 2026 – 15 hours per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
Hourly rate: $36.58 per hour (inclusive of all allowances/loadings), plus super

Location: Roebourne, Western Australia 6718

What you’ll do

• Provide administrative project support services for the Roebourne Pathways Project
• Assist in creating a welcoming reception area for visitors, clients, and staff
• Ensure the projects documentation is completed and filed according to regulatory, contractual and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements
• Provide a culturally safe workplace
• Meet the outcomes and deliverables as set out in the Pathways Project Plan

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Australia, and live in Roebourne, Karratha or Wickham
• Strong local knowledge and understanding
• Current WA Working with Children Check
• Current National Police Clearance
