Position: Room Leader
Status: Part-time (Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: $35.25 – $36.32 per hour + additional allowances and superannuation
Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Location: The Sunny Child – One Tree Defence Unit, Swanbourne WA

What You’ll Need

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience in early years education, with leadership capability
• Confidence supporting children with additional needs
• Strong skills in positive behaviour guidance and reflective practice
• Current and valid WA Working with Children check
• Clear National Police clearance certificate (less than 6 months old)
• Current First Aid, CPR certificate and Child Protection training
• Previous employment experience as a Room Leader
