We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Service Support Coordinator to join our Sunshine West team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our Regional Support Managers (RSMs) and Exceeding Practice Lead to ensure our services run smoothly, remain compliant, and continue to deliver exceeding outcomes for children.

About the role
The Service Support Coordinator acts as the main point of contact for services when their Regional Support Manager is conducting visits or unavailable. This position provides administrative, operational, and compliance support to our regional and service leadership teams, ensuring consistency, quality, and strong communication across all sites.
You will:

  • Support the Exceeding Practice Lead with compliance, reporting, and quality improvement processes.
  • Assist in responding to requests from regulatory authorities and submitting service waivers.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing, and reporting for audits, licensing, and quality assurance.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and reference checks.
  • Help manage operational issues and parent feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Approve service purchase authorities and assist with grant acquittal data collection.
  • Support the coordination and placement of pre-approved FIFO staff.

About you
You’re a strong communicator and problem solver who thrives on supporting others and keeping operations running smoothly. You have a solid understanding of the early childhood sector and a passion for quality, compliance, and collaboration.
You will have:

  • A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Experience in an administrative or coordinator role within early learning, childcare, or community services.
  • Understanding of enrolments, staffing, funding, and compliance processes in an education setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters professionally.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting teams and solving problems.
  • National Police Clearance no older than 6 months
  • WWCC for Victoria and willing to obtain for NSW, WA, QLD, NT & ACT

Why join One Tree?

  • Be part of a values-led organisation making a real difference in early childhood education.
  • Join a supportive and experienced team that values growth and professional development.
  • Access ongoing training and career development opportunities.
  • Enjoy a friendly, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplace culture.
  • Competitive salary
  • You will receive a mobile phone and laptop
  • 2 weeks additional leave over the Christmas period
