Position: 2IC / OSHC Coordinator
Status: Permanent Full Time
Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care/ACECQA approved equivalent
Hourly rate: $38.87 per hour (inclusive of all allowances/loadings) plus super

Location: Halls Creek, Western Australia

Selection criteria
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role or above
- Strong knowledge of child development and theories relating to children’s learning
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs in line with EYLF, NQS, MTOP, and relevant regulations
- Experience contributing to Assessment and Rating processes at Meeting or Exceeding level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and support a team
- Demonstrated commitment to advocating for children’s rights and role modelling positive relationships with children
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Ability to work respectfully within a culturally diverse environment

- Current WA Working with Children Check
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance
- Foundations of Child Safety Training Certificate
