Position: 2IC / OSHC Coordinator
Status: Permanent Full Time
Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care/ACECQA approved equivalent
Hourly rate: $38.87 per hour (inclusive of all allowances/loadings) plus super

Selection criteria

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role or above
• Strong knowledge of child development and theories relating to children’s learning
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs in line with EYLF, NQS, MTOP, and relevant regulations
• Experience contributing to Assessment and Rating processes at Meeting or Exceeding level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and support a team
• Demonstrated commitment to advocating for children’s rights and role modelling positive relationships with children
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
• Ability to work respectfully within a culturally diverse environment
