Position: Administrator
Status: Part-time position (Monday to Wednesday) – 7.6 hours per day
Salary range: $38.58 per hour, plus super
Location: Kununurra, Western Australia 6743

As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming and professional reception environment for families, visitors and staff, while providing high-level administrative support to ensure compliance with legislative and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact, welcoming families and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Manage phone calls, emails, and daily administrative tasks efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation meets compliance requirements
• Support Workplace Health & Safety processes and general service operations

Selection criteria

• Ability to understand and interpret legislative regulations and industry standards
• Ability to work autonomously
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Well-developed time management skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and developing efficiencies in service delivery
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and reflect
• Approachable, sensitive and a can do attitude
• Understanding of and commitment to One Tree’s mission, values, and code of ethics
