What You’ll Need:

  • Essential: Cert III or Diploma in early childhood, education and care (ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Essential: A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
  • 3 years + experience supporting children in a room leader capacity
  • A flexible and reliable approach, with genuine enthusiasm for early education
  • An eagerness to connect with Defence families and our unique community
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Able to work a flexible rotating roster
  • Be a responsible person on premise when required
  • Living in Australia with full working rights
