Position: Casual Diploma Educator
Hourly Rate: $34.36 (Exclusive of Worker Retention Payment)

About East Sale: East Sale Children’s Service has 62 places for children aged 0-5 years. Our team member will:

• Hold a Diploma in Early childhood Education
• Have a current Working with Children Check and Child Protection Training
• Have a National Police Clearance no older than 6 months
• Be flexible to work within the hours of 7:00am – 6:00pm.
• Have a current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training Certificate
• Be an experienced and passionate advocate for the early education sector.
• Be able to support the team in all aspects of the day.
• Always advocate for children’s rights.
• 1 – 2 years experience in Early Childhood
• Have worked within similar roles and be familiar with the ELYF, Practices and Principles
• Be reliable and dedicated
• Have experience in play-based and emergent curriculum
• Collaborate with and support the team in delivering our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum
• Able to assist in setting up fun, innovative and educational activities.
• Be receptive to children’s individual needs
