Position: Educator (Float and Lunch Cover and Toddler Room positions available)
Status: Full-time (Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: $65,208-$69,537 per annum (Inclusive of Worker Retention Payment – WRP) + superannuation
Qualification: Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

The Sunny Child, located near the Defence base in Swanbourne, WA, provides high-quality early learning to children aged 0–5 in a supportive, community-driven environment. With a strong connection to Defence families, our service is committed to inclusion, child-led learning, and strong team collaboration.
We’re looking for a passionate Educator to join our team. This is a Monday to Friday position working 37.5 hours a week.

What You’ll Need
- Cert III Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in early years education
- Confidence supporting children with additional needs
- Strong skills in positive behaviour guidance and reflective practice
- Current and valid WA Working with children check
- Clear National Police clearance (less than 6 months old)
- Current Child Protection training and Geccko training completed
