About the Role
- Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning programs
- Build strong and respectful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to planning, documentation and reflective practice
- Maintain safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments
- Work collaboratively with the ECT and leadership team
- Demonstrate professionalism, initiative and reliability
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA recognised)
- Current Working With Children Check (Employee)
- Sound understanding of EYLF, VEYLDF and NQS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- Reliability and a commitment to high-quality practice
