Salary: $33.44-$37.64 per hour (depending on experience & qualification, inclusive of Worker Retention Payment) + super

Join our dedicated team at Tingira Defence Child Care Unit, a warm and community-driven early childhood service located just a short drive from the Nowra CBD. We’ve proudly supported Defence families for over 25 years – and now we’re looking for a passionate educator to help us continue delivering outstanding care.

We are looking for 2 new educators to join our Tingira team, this part-time position covers a 37.5-hour working week from Monday to Friday. If you bring energy, kindness, and a heart for early education, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Bring

  • Certificate III  or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • An understanding of programming and child development
  • A positive attitude and genuine love for working with children
  • Willingness to engage with Defence families and the wider community
  • Living and eligible to work in Australia
