Why we need you

The Early Education and Care (ECE) sector is facing a workforce crisis. This means children and families are missing out on critical support in the early years, particularly in remote communities.

We are looking for a “people person”. Someone who understands the unique challenges of working with children and families, and what employees need, to feel valued and supported.

If you are someone who believes they could use their skills and knowledge in early childhood recruitment to make a difference, this job could be for you.

As a national not for profit organisation we transform challenges into possibilities. You’ll find us in cities and rural and remote communities across Australia.

We are always looking for innovative ways to recruit and develop the best possible people. This is where you come in. Your can-do attitude and determination are going to result in children and families having the best possible people to support them.

Located in our Sunshine West Office 2 days per week, with the option to work from home on the other 3 days, you will work alongside our centre directors and managers to help them find their perfect candidates. This is a busy hands on position attracting and supporting candidates in a fast-growing organisation. Your eye for detail and ability to effectively manage a busy portfolio of opportunities will have you fitting right in.

We are looking for someone who really understands ECE recruitment, including best practice in accordance with the Child Safe Standards. If you have been a centre manager or in a similar role, and are looking for a career change, this could be the ideal role for you to find that work/life balance you’ve been searching for.
