Our service is built on strong relationships, intentional teaching, and a sense of belonging, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow. Guided by a passionate and collaborative team, we deliver meaningful learning experiences that foster independence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.
As part of the One Tree team at East Sale, you’ll be supported to do your best work, contribute to a connected community, and grow your career within a values-driven organisation that recognises the unique needs of Defence families.
When you are not at work, there is so much to do – visit the Gippsland Art Gallery or you could be hiking, fishing, cycling, or camping. Just like the children we teach, we’re always growing. And, if you work with us, you will have all the opportunities you need to grow your career too. Training, mentoring, support, and coaching is all part of the deal. Along with opportunities to work in places you never thought possible.
