What You’ll Need:
- Essential: Diploma in early childhood, education and care (ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Essential: A current Working with Children Check
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- 3 years + experience supporting children in a room leader capacity
- A flexible and reliable approach, with genuine enthusiasm for early education
- An eagerness to connect with Defence families and our unique community
- Reliable vehicle
- Able to work a flexible rotating roster
- Be a responsible person on premise when required
- Living in Australia with full working rights
