One Tree provides services to children, families and vulnerable people. The safety of our children is our highest priority.

This induction ensures that agency staff, students and volunteers meet One Tree’s requirements for working on site at our services.

Agency staff responsibilities:

  • complete your on-site induction;
  • complete this induction;
  • complete the Agency Staff Compliance Declaration
  • know your job duties and responsibilities while at One Tree;
  • provide a copy of current Working with Children Card on arrival at the service.;
  • provide a copy of current Police Clearance (no more than 6 months old) on arrival at the service;
  • take reasonable care for your own health and safety;
  • comply with obligations under Australian Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation;
  • report any concerns about children’s safety to the Director/Nominated Supervisor immediately.

Further Information

The Director/Nominated Supervisor/Responsible Person at the location of the job will induct you and will be able to assist you with further information.
