Giving back to the community

One Tree believes that even as a not-for-profit organisation it is essential to give back to the communities served and the industries with which the organisation is involved. One Tree invites other not-for-profit organisations to do the same. Get in touch to discuss how! In the spirit of giving back One Tree offers the following services free of charge:

Training

One Tree provides a range of two to three hour workshops delivered by qualified trainers: A range of training is available, including:

  • Professional boundaries
  • Supervision
  • Strength-based practice
  • Cultural awareness
  • Conflict resolution
  • Skills-based training
  • Protective behaviours

Service support

Community services

Organisations facing challenges around governance and management, service delivery, reporting, finances or human resource management are offered a free service evaluation, with recommendations on how to proceed.

Early Education and care services

One Tree is able to undertake evaluations and audits of childcare service in accordance with the National Quality Standard (NQS), and to support in developing quality improvement plans.

One Tree Community Services acknowledges the Traditional Owners and custodians of country where we operate. In the spirit of reconciliation, we recognise their continuing cultural connections to their land, waters and communities. We pay our respect to their Elders both past and present and to all First Australians of today.
