Karri HillierChief Executive Officer
Karri Hillier has been with the One Tree since 2007. She has worked across a wide range of community service disciplines and projects over the last 25 years and was previously engaged as a consultant, trainer and strategic planner before joining the One Tree.
Karri has a Bachelor of Arts Training and Organisational Development and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Karri grew up in Margaret River in the South West of Western Australia. She has three adult children and eight grandchildren.
Coral CallanGeneral Manager - Children's Services
Coral Callan was raised in the Pilbara. Coral has qualifications in Management, Children's Services and is an accredited Protective Behaviours Facilitator with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Coral has over 23 years experience in working in the family and children services sector and over 10 years in senior management roles.
Coral has been with One Tree since April 2010. As well as sitting on One Tree Leadership team in her current position, Coral oversees the leadership and direction of our children services division including 14 Long Day Care and 5 Out of School Care programs.
Irina CattaliniGeneral Manager Community Services
Irina Cattalini has over fifteen years of experience in community and public services. Before joining One Tree, Irina served as CEO of the WA Council of Social Service, the State's leading community service peak body. She is highly skilled in non-profit leadership, governance, service design, project management and evaluation. Irinia is an Alumni of Leadership WA and has been awarded as one of WA Business News 40 under 40, the winner of IPAA's Non-Proift Leader of the Year and UWA's Strategic Allicance Award.
Natasha EsauGeneral Manager - Corporate
Natasha Esau is an Australian legal practitioner with a diverse background. She began her career in the film and television industry producing documentaries for the Discovery Channel and not-for-profit organisations.
After six years in this industry she enrolled in a Masters of Laws at Monash University. During her legal studies Natasha worked as a Senior Research Associate at a recruitment and executive search company within the mining and resources industry. On completion of her studies she interned in South Africa at a not-for-profit legal organisation and was subsequently employed by the organisation as a Researcher and Legal Counsellor. Natasha has also worked in academia and is co-author and researcher on a number of publications.
Sam BullenRTO Training Manager
Sam Bullen was born in the United Kingdom and started working in the childcare industry when she was 16 years old. She is married with three children and has been living in the Pilbara for over 18 years.
Sam has a Diploma in Children's Services and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. She has been with One Tree for over 9 years and was employed as a Regional Manager for more than 7 years, she has since then became our RTO Training Manager.
Sarah ShortOperations Manager
Sarah was born in the UK and started her child care career at the age of 18. She worked as a centre cook and assistant before studying herCertificate III. Sarah has worked in both long day care and OSC services as both an educator and centre director and she holds an Advanced Diploma in Early Education and Care.
She also holds a Certificate III in management through her involvement with Scouting, and volunteers as a Joey Scout leader with children aged 6-8 years. She is a Mum to 4 very busy boys and enjoys joining in on all of their adventures. Sarah returned to university in 2013 as an external student to complete her degree in Family and Children’s studies.
Nicola WeberCoach and Practice Supervisor
Nicola Weber has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours majoring in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Health Science [Early Intervention]. Nicola lived and studied in New Zealand before moving to Australia in 2010 with her husband. Nicola initially setup and Managed our Port Hedland Family Information Support and Help [FISH] Service and Out of School Hours Care centre. She has since relocated to Perth to become our Regional Manager of Community Services.
Before joining One Tree, Nicola worked as an Autism Advisor and then spent two years supporting young children and their parent’s through an intensive Early Intervention Behavioural Program on the Gold Coast, QLD.
Keryn LewisRegional Manager
Keryn holds an Advanced Diploma of Children’s Services, Diploma of Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has over 32 years of experience working in a wide range of Children’s and Community Services. Programs included Outside School Hours Care and Early Education and Care centres, managing Quality Assurance systems and operating a Toy Library.
Keryn is an experienced trainer having delivered training and facilitated professional development sessions throughout regional areas including the Pilbara, Kimberley and Northern Territory.
Growing up on a farm provided strong links to country life and this continues through lasting family ties in the South West region.
Brad MillerArea Manager
Brad Miller was born and raised in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Brad was Director at Kununurra Early Learning Centre before becoming a Regional Manager Support Officer with One Tree.
Brad has been working in the Early Childhood Education sector since 2008. Brads background is working in a not for profit organization who specialized in Children with additional / developmental needs.
Brad Has a Diploma of Children’s Services, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate III in Children’s Services.
Rachel BarkerEnrolments and Fees Administrator
Rachel has been working in the Children's Services industry for over 23 years. She began as a carer in her home and migrated into childcare centres shortly after. Her love of caring for children saw her complete the Certificate III in Child Care, and later a Diploma. Rachel then enjoyed managing various facilities for approximately 10 years which then led to working at the One Tree head office as fee administrator.
Vicky ThompsonEnrolments and Fees Administrator
Vicky Thompson began working in Child Care in 1998, first completing her Certificate III in Children’s Services and then her Diploma of Children’s Services in 2002. Vicky was a Centre Director until 2005 in Perth. Vicky then began working in the Banking Industry, working within several different roles with a focus on Customer Service and Satisfaction. Vicky has been with One Tree since 2013.
Danielle BakerRTO Trainer and Assessor / Student Support
Danielle has always had a passion for working with children. She began her career after she won the Early Childhood award for her year 12 Graduating class in 2001.
She then went on to complete a traineeship studying the Certificate III and then Diploma in Children’s Services. Danielle has had over 13 years experience engaging with educator and children from ages 0-12 years in Perth and Regional WA as an educator, Qualified, 2IC, Curriculum Coordinator, Director and Regional Manager.
Danielle has been with One Tree since 2012 where she worked at One Tree Len Taplin Children’s Services and as Director of One Tree Port Hedland OSC.
Danielle has also completed Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
She has recently relocated her family to Perth and taken on a new position here at One Tree Head office.
Carley CrimpHuman Resources Advisor
Carley has over 9 years’ experience as a generalist in the Human Resources field and comes to us from a background in the mining and resources industry.
As One Tree’s dedicated HR Advisor, she is responsible for the day to day operations of the Human Resource office.
Carley has completed a Post Graduate Certificate from ECU as well as a Cert IV and Diploma in Human Resources Management (HRM).
Diane St JackArea Manager
Diane was born and raised in the Western Australian Wheat-belt. Diane St Jack holds a Diploma in Children's Services and has worked in the child care industry for almost 20 years.
From owning a Family Day Care in the Great Southern region to Directing a One Tree Early Learning Centre in the Pilbara Diane has a passion for travelling, culture and learning.
She has been with One Tree since 2011 and has completed certificates in Mastering Public Speaking and Interpersonal Communication and is about to embark on her Work Place Trainer and assessor qualification.
Sally CampbellService Advisor
Sally completed a Diploma of Children's Services and a Certificate 4 in business Studies in the U.K prior to moving to Australia in 2011.
Sally has worked in Child care services for over 7 years as a 2IC and centre administrator. Sally joined One Tree as an Enrolments and Fees Administrator, and was promoted to Service Advisor in 2016.

Erica BrahimIT & Admin Officer
Erica is an indigenous Australian born in Perth. She has completed her Cert III in Business Administration and is in the process of completing her Cert IV in Information, Technology and Networking with almost 3 years’ experience working in an IT environment.
