Step1: Submit application

Your application will give us a chance to see what you can offer us against the work related requirements.

Your application must include the following;

  • Comprehensive CV & Cover letter.
  • Where requested, completion of skills summary 

Step2: Shortlist

If you have been successful in making the shortlist, you will be contacted ASAP for an interview.

Step3: The interview

This is the chance for us to meet you. Local applicants will be interviewed at local services. Interstate and overseas applicants can access skype interviews.

Your interview will be conducted with at least two people.

Step4: Referee checks


At minimum, two referees must be contacted from previous employments. Acceptable referees are previous supervisors or managers. If a referee is based overseas, email references are requested.

Pre-employment checks

  • Medical assessment (all child care staff)
  • Working with Children Check (all child care staff)
  • National Police Check
  • In some instances for senior staff personality profiling will be required

Prospective employees failing to provide the requested documentations or who do not receive the required clearance are ineligible for employment. 

The decision

The best person for the job will be determined based on all the evidence collected throughout the entire process.

The successful applicant will be phoned and a verbal offer made followed by written offer.
