Welcome to Granny Glasgow Children’s Service

One Tree Granny Glasgow Children’s Service is a welcoming home away from home in Carnarvon. Children are nurtured through meaningful relationships and a strong sense of belonging.

Our service places a deep focus on building connections, not only between educators and children, but also with families and the wider community. We strive to create an environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported in their early learning journey.

Our community

We recognise our responsibility to the community as the only early childhood education and care service in the area. Our educators are here to help shape confident, capable and connected children. We play an essential role in supporting families in Carnarvon and are committed to providing accessible, high-quality learning programs. 

Our approach

At One Tree Community Services (One Tree), we take a community-driven approach to service delivery. We look to local leaders and collaborate closely with Indigenous communities to inform our practice. Our educators deeply respect culture and integrate culturally safe practices across all programs. One Tree began managing the service in July 2025.

 

Our service

We are a 58-place service with three rooms, open Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm.

Our service caters for children aged six weeks to five years old.

• Our Joey’s room is for babies aged six weeks to two years old.
• Our Gecko’s room is for children aged two to three years old.
• Our Explorer’s room is for children aged three to five years old.
